presentation
The project will contribute to the establishment of partnerships between NGOs and between these and public entities, with the creation of the network of CLATs in articulation with 2 Local Authorities and 6 public and / or private entities. In the context of the project, NGOs are seen as fundamental pillars in the social and economic organization of modern societies, capable of acting according to a new logic of multilevel strategic agreement, in the sense of public action with a view to initiating processes to combat situations of social inequality , poverty and exclusion, so that they must be well organized and technically trained (22 leaders / skills needed to support the effectiveness of its action for territorial animation and social innovation, promoting the use of information and communication technologies, as in the case of the web 2.0 / CIARIS platform).
