Through an analysis of informal and ephemeral artistic / architectural initiatives developed in the metropolitan areas of Lisbon, London and São Paulo, this project intends to propose strategic guidelines for public action in the Lisbon Metropolitan Area and to realize the importance of creative dynamics for urban vitality and revitalization of cities. Working in articulation with artists, architects and urban planners and analysing morphological, social, political and creative dynamics characteristics, it is proposed to propose new methodologies of study and to design - with the agents involved - planning strategies for the contemporary city that value the potential of their creative dynamics.
