Planning for resilience in moments of uncertainty: Lisbon Metropolitan Landscapes under extreme scenarios seeks the conceptual clarification, structuring and foundation of the research based on bibliographic analysis that allowed a reflection and deepening on the central concepts of the dissertation as well as the design of the methodology, the preparation and beginning of the field work. The analysis carried out at the scale of the Lisbon Metropolitan Area has the objective of identifying territorial typologies where processes of social, economic, environmental or institutional vulnerability occur. For this purpose, statistical indicators will be collected, processed through Geographic Information Systems (GIS).
