Short Bio
I am a proposed Ph.D. candidate for an architecture and urban planning doctorate. I hold a bachelor's in Ergonomics and a master's in Design Management. My academic and professional journey focuses on human interaction and technology. With time, this research has become interested in active ageing and urban planning. Before starting my PhD, I contributed to the FCT-funded project "SMARTOUT". I developed a master's dissertation entitled "Lisbon Public Parks: Development of Real-World User Scenarios," which aligns with his research interests in intelligent public parks. I published a paper on active ageing and smart parks during the research and presented it at the Design Principles and Practices conference. In my free time, I do gymnastics and try to spend time outside. Committed to innovation in urban green spaces, I aim to enhance public parks for older citizens' well-being and active lifestyles.
